[315.0s] And as you hit it, you take in a deep breath.
[322.0s] And you feel this coolness wash over you.
[329.0s] You feel a power rising within you.

[337.0s] Everybody else you see Thea begin to slump off of

[344.0s] Guacamole continues forward, but then
[347.0s] starts to arc around as Thea is falling down.

[363.0s] And like, you begin with this wave
[367.0s] rushing you back towards the door to the throne room.

[378.0s] and you hear this lumbering footstep come towards you.
[382.0s] And as you two are hit by this wave,
[385.0s] two large hands clap together
[389.0s] and this sonic boom echoes down towards you.

[436.0s] As Orcus lifts, he carries the two of you

[501.0s] and crashing out behind you
[504.0s] and it's like this wave that rolls up the wall

[510.0s] Ahead of you, you see the hallway
[513.0s] that leads back out the front entrance.
[516.0s] You see two spiral staircases,
[519.0s] one going up and one going down.
[522.0s] You see Vorunax's office as you're running out.
[525.0s] You see Alcove's where there are figures
[528.0s] dismembered and put up on display
[531.0s] with these weapons
[534.0s] that are glowing,
[537.0s] stuck into various parts of them.

[552.0s] that might tell me what's up with these glowing weapons?

[591.0s] behind these figures,

[597.0s] The figures themselves appear to be
[600.0s] well adorned in armor.

[606.0s] of the various gods and you can presume
[609.0s] these are pAlydins or clerics
[612.0s] devout to their god.
[615.0s] The four that you recognize are
[618.0s] Bain, Selun,
[621.0s] Dinier,
[624.0s] and Malar.
[627.0s] The weapons themselves appear to be bestowed
[630.0s] you could presume with powers of those gods.

[639.0s] I think the weapons will be imbued
[642.0s] with the powers of the gods they're attached to.

[750.0s] mace that is glowing with this
[753.0s] gray, almost like oozing this gray light around it.

[762.0s] a crashing wave
[765.0s] that seems to be moving perpetually around this
[768.0s] figure, and there's a trident
[771.0s] that's like stuck through this one
[774.0s] figure at the altar to Malar.
[777.0s] And in the final one that you can see,
[780.0s] because the other two are overtaken,
[783.0s] there is a
[786.0s] long chain that is hanging up this pAlydin.
[789.0s] This is at the altar to Dinier.
[792.0s] This chain is glowing in a
[795.0s] bright golden yellow.
[798.0s] I mean, golden yellow
[801.0s] with a horde of darkness chasing us might be a fun
[804.0s] one. That was my thought.
[807.0s] I think what
[810.0s] Night Hunter is thinking of the versatility of this.
[813.0s] You wrap this chain around your hand, you can give yourself a real good punch.
[816.0s] Maybe it will be special and be able to tie Orcus up.
[819.0s] Who knows? So she rips the chain down.
[822.0s] Do I drag the dead body along with it?
[825.0s] It's all happening very fast.
[828.0s] Very fast and it's around the neck of the...
[831.0s] I will drag that corpse for a while until it probably
[834.0s] falls apart through the jostling
[837.0s] and the running.
[840.0s] So it's going to be gross, but Night Hunter really doesn't care.
[843.0s] Time speeds up as you grab the sickle
[846.0s] and then the chain and the body falls down
[849.0s] as you grab the sickle.
[852.0s] You feel it go lighter
[855.0s] as behind you
[858.0s] at your heels are all of these
[861.0s] demons trampling
[864.0s] as close as they can get
[867.0s] and destroy this body beneath you.
[870.0s] You have those two weapons.
[873.0s] Of the directions that I gave you, stairway up, stairway down
[876.0s] at the front, Vorunax's office.
[879.0s] Where do you choose to go?
[882.0s] Do we know if his office also doubles as a panic room?
[885.0s] Yeah, but we don't want to get surrounded in a panic room either.

[912.0s] head towards the staircase and begin your ascent

[921.0s] bone-carved door
[924.0s] that bursts open
[927.0s] and makes this reverberating boom
[930.0s] into this smaller chamber.
[933.0s] We see Orcus enter
[936.0s] with Lipsenki and Vorunax in his hand
[939.0s] and he quickly throws Lipsenki down into this cage.
[942.0s] Not again.
[945.0s] Lipsenki, you're going to take
[948.0s] 10 bludgeoning damage.
[951.0s] Cool.
[954.0s] That blow startles you awake as you see and hear
[957.0s] a loud door close behind you
[960.0s] and there's a locking mechanism that goes.
[963.0s] You don't see what happens, but you hear it.
[966.0s] Vorunax, he puts you down
[969.0s] in the center of this room. There is
[972.0s] something very familiar to you. Are runes all around it.
[975.0s] It's a sacrificial altar.

[984.0s] and begins to pace around the room

[1080.0s] two others. There are three more

[1086.0s] along the back wall and he turns
[1089.0s] away from you and begins to move towards them
[1092.0s] and reaches up to them. When he turns away
[1095.0s] I'm going to cast Synaptic Static
[1098.0s] and he needs to make an intelligent save of 20.

[1107.0s] I think he chooses
[1110.0s] to succeed in this moment.

[1176.0s] beholden to a lot of library type material.

[1182.0s] there's nothing of major importance at first
[1185.0s] at quick glance. There are a few books
[1188.0s] but really nothing that stands out
[1191.0s] as greatly important. There are several
[1194.0s] tapestries all of which have
[1197.0s] grotesque imagery of
[1200.0s] Orcus and his various conquests and
[1203.0s] battles. There's the main
[1206.0s] door that you
[1209.0s] presumably entered because you were unconscious when you came in
[1212.0s] but there's a large door which is still cracked open.
[1215.0s] Beyond it you can't
[1218.0s] really see too much. It's
[1221.0s] very darkly lit. Not like a big
[1224.0s] chaise long I can hide behind.
[1227.0s] Yeah, sure.
[1230.0s] Maybe not a chaise long but
[1233.0s] there's a couple rows
[1236.0s] of pews around the perimeter.
[1239.0s] Some close to Orcus and then some on the opposite
[1242.0s] side of the room. Okay, well I don't
[1245.0s] think because I can't move very far
[1248.0s] I probably can't get to the opposite side of the room
[1251.0s] and seeing that Vorunax is not in immediate
[1254.0s] danger aside from
[1257.0s] obviously the overwhelming immediate danger we are all in.
[1260.0s] I'm going to get out of my cage
[1263.0s] and hide behind
[1266.0s] a pew but when
[1269.0s] I come back to this plane I want to
[1272.0s] especially since Orcus has turned away
[1275.0s] doing a skull light up business.
[1278.0s] It's like a light break situation.
[1281.0s] He's making a train pattern. It's adorable.
[1284.0s] Make sure that Vorunax sees
[1287.0s] that I am out of here
[1290.0s] or that I am out of the cage.
[1293.0s] I'm coming out of my cage. I'm doing just fine.
[1296.0s] Obviously, yeah. Ready to do something but honestly
[1299.0s] Lipsankey's not entirely sure

[1305.0s] But out of the cage waiting to help Vorunax
[1308.0s] in whatever way she can.
[1311.0s] Did you wanted to try and signal to Vorunax

[1317.0s] and hope that he noticed?
[1320.0s] I do feel like Vorunax given the relationship
[1323.0s] and how quickly he's tried to adapt to liking
[1326.0s] Lipsankey is probably keeping an eye
[1329.0s] on Lipsankey and would just see Lipsankey disappear.
[1332.0s] You've probably kind of got your head on a swivel a little bit
[1335.0s] to see me when I come back and then
[1338.0s] hilariously duck behind a pew when Orcus
[1341.0s] starts to turn around.
[1344.0s] You definitely see that Lipsankey
[1347.0s] has disappeared and
[1350.0s] perhaps see her pigtails sticking up over the pew
[1353.0s] just for a brief moment before Orcus turns back
[1356.0s] and duck back down.
[1359.0s] Orcus grabs hold of these skulls
[1362.0s] and is placing them on his belt and he grabs
[1365.0s] the final one so now there are none left on the wall.
[1368.0s] It's this blinding white light
[1371.0s] that he's kind of just swirling around
[1374.0s] inside of it like a fine wine.
[1395.0s] That power is bound to be finite
[1398.0s] and even if it's not
[1401.0s] you're going to create an existence that bores you.
[1404.0s] You'll find no joy
[1407.0s] in the future you're creating.
[1410.0s] You'll find no pleasure
[1413.0s] and you'll want to die

[1419.0s] and who will be able to end it for you?
[1422.0s] Certainly the great Orcus wouldn't end it for himself.

[2927.0s] not finding the wand and calling for it and is not coming.

[2933.0s] through what's left of the door
[2936.0s] and there's these echoing footsteps that echo
[2939.0s] around this long corridor hallway.
[2942.0s] And you move back out
[2945.0s] and up and there's this whirlwind
[2948.0s] of rocks and at that moment
[2951.0s] you see like the ground begin to
[2954.0s] heave in certain spots beneath you.
[2957.0s] Around you, rocks swirling.
[2960.0s] Two of you are flying, two of you are on owl back.
[2963.0s] You see archers down on the ground
[2966.0s] looking up and taking aim and
[2969.0s] loosing arrows towards you.

[3080.0s] around you which gives your group a path down towards the
[3083.0s] crypts. There are soldiers
[3086.0s] down on the ground before you. It's
[3089.0s] Thea's turn. Thea is going
[3092.0s] to take evasive
[3095.0s] maneuvers and
[3098.0s] use animal handling to
[3101.0s] guide guacamole through
[3104.0s] vrocks and dodging arrows.

[3233.0s] So yeah, big doors closed, like there's not a lot of

[3242.0s] until you choose to disperse them.
[3245.0s] Your footsteps echo down this corridor

[3254.0s] you hear this moan come from somewhere

[3260.0s] off into the side and then brings you
[3263.0s] to these stairs which go down this
[3266.0s] deep dark stairwell and at the bottom

[3275.0s] And we cut to a location on the material plane.

[3281.0s] Where? I don't know, it's a big wide world.

[3287.0s] it sends you to basically a random place within the wide
[3290.0s] world. But because you are choosing to send the two
[3293.0s] of you to hopefully safety, I'm going to
[3296.0s] give you some level of control on where it goes.
